The oven is heated by a single burner (gas, diesel, or pellet), delivering uniform temperature across all baking chambers. Unlike electric ovens, individual deck temperatures cannot be set — all chambers maintain the same heat level.
TUBIX is a static steam pipe deck oven constructed from brick and concrete, featuring a fixed base for stable, even, and gentle baking. It’s the perfect solution for bakeries producing large quantities of bread, including oversized loaves.

ZOOM shares TUBIX’s steam pipe technology, but without a concrete base. This makes it lighter, more versatile, and easy to relocate.
Designed for intermittent or non-continuous use, it’s ideal for bakers and pastry chefs who need operational flexibility and fast temperature adjustments.
