Modular electric deck oven, with overlying and independent chambers, useful height 180, 230 or 280 mm. Its versatility makes it suitable for bakery and pastry-shops’ needs, since it is possible to bake different products (bread, pastry, pizza …). Due to its structure, the oven can be easily re-positioned and the baking capacity increases. Independent top-and-floor temperature control, steam aspiration system and stainless steel structure. The electronic controller is equipped with a system that permits to save approximately 50% of energy.
Baking floors are made of refractory material suitable for food use. Independent steam generators and leavening chamber may be added as optional. Total capacity 2 or 4 trays measuring cm 40X60 or 46x66. It can be supplied with mechanical or programmable digital control panel. Three-phase power + neutral at 230v or 400v, with 50 or 60 hz frequency. Mono-phase or special voltage on demand.
